"Bob is our "go to" guy - as in "go to for an electrician, a plumber, a hot water on demand person, a furnace person"..... and is also our contractor. Bob and his team did the renovations on the lower half of our split level Vancouver home - gutting 80% of it and putting it back together with a new floor plan, heated floors, HUGE tub, walk-in shower, walk-in closet and new master. They also put in 2 new french doors. As always with renos on older homes, there were a few "surprises" - Bob, with that little smile, came up with fixes for them all. End result - better than we imagined. On time and on budget. Amazing!"

From the initial estimate to the follow-up phone call the next day to ensure my satisfaction, I found Street Smart to be very friendly, punctual, and professional. I was particularly impressed at one point because I had unknowingly needed some extra pieces for the assembly that were not included in the box, and the plumber from Street Smart graciously donated these pieces from his own collection at no additional cost.
